I was at a point in my fitness journey that felt overwhelming because I had become a person who was thinking about exercising rather than doing the exercise and following through. I knew all the reasons for and all the thoughts of what I used to be able to do strength wise swirled in my head.
This program came to my attention and made me think, it is very motivating for me to have accountability and maybe I can get myself motivated to move outside of work (even when I feel tired). A couple weeks post Rediscover Strong and I am feeling confident in my routine that is becoming a habit.
I feel supported and confident in the workouts that I have created. I have a routine that I can stick to and don't feel overwhelmed by each time I workout. The progress I have made has been commented on even in separate settings.
I would definitely recommend this program for anyone who is just dipping their toe into exercise to the person who has been successful with exercise in the past and feels they need that nudge. This program will push you in the right direction in all the right ways.

This program has helped me get to know myself, my spirit, and my body on a deeper level than I ever envisioned. I had no clue that my struggle with food was, in most ways, a habit rather than an addiction. I learned how to give myself grace and how to break a self-sabotaging cycle.
This program was everything I needed to find light in a very dark time.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to gain more self-esteem, control, and wisdom about herself.

At the beginning, I felt a lot of fear of failure because I've done so many different diets and I was nervous that this was going to be another thing that I was going to fail. That was just something that was holding me back.
One thing that is really big that has changed is my digestion. For awhile I was trying to figure out what I was sensitive to and I realized that I was just eating too much and I was emotionally eating and that was a big reason why I came to the program.
I have become a changed person since I started the Rediscover You Free program. I've learned how to be emotionally resilient. I couldn't do it on my own.

I came to Kelsey when I was feeling very low-probably at one of the lowest points in my life. I knew that I needed to make changes in my life and that I was ready to start working on myself. During my time in her program I learned to value myself, to speak my mind, to honor and cherish my body, that I am a person of WORTH and that I can truly do anything I set my mind to. I don't wake up and start my day the same way I used to-I start it with GRATITUDE and INTENTION.
I don't look at food the same way I used to, and view it as nourishing and not harmful or "bad." I gained insight on some poor habits and lack of organization in my life and have been able to start implementing better habits and tools to keep me organized and less stressed. I learned that I am NOT alone and that there are a lot of other people who are struggling and that it is important to be around like-minded and positive people who lift you up!
